Five
For
Maighread Medbh
Five
times he stayed awake
Past Midnight and sober,
Five times he put on his cloak
And hood pulled up, walked out
Backwards through his own front door,
Five times he crept through the sleeping town,
A whisper of sackcloth, a reflection
In the eyes of a cat that's seen it all before,
Five times he climbed the hill
And stood before the decaying tower,
Saw the oak tree growing,
Saw moonlight kiss the ivy silver,
Five times he froze on the threshold,
Five times he turned for the safety of home.
He
need only go twice more.
Just
a Story
So
we're in class and
They're all talking
About this video, right
they're going out tonight
And
these people get lost
In the woods and get murdered
And Magso says it's true
what am a going to do
But then Sir comes over
All friendly like and says
you'll get into trouble
or making up lies
It's
just a story and
they're going out to-night
so he'll come round to babysit
and say you'll get into trouble
for making up lies and he'll say
no-one's going to listen to you
and he'll say come here to me now
before you get hurt...
They're
going out to-night.
